Spring
BACK SAUNA TREATMENT:
Wash, wash massage, therapeutic whipping with a vihta (birch branches) and back massage.
We begin the treatments with a shower, leading to the relaxing warmth of the sauna. In the sauna, one can lay down, and the ambient candlelight brings tranquility. After initial warming up, we perform a full-body wash and a relaxing massage on the back. Afterward, hair is washed and an enjoyable head massage is done. Back to the sauna for self-whipping with the vihta, followed by therapeutic vihta use. As the sauna warms up the muscles and back, an aromatic back massage is done, followed by a delightful rest in the sauna warmth. A blissful feeling fills the mind and body.
Suitable as a treatment for back/reuma/pains (for anyone to relax muscles and overall feeling).
REINDEER SAUNA:
Wash, honey/oil/coffee grounds scrub.
Removes cellulite and boosts metabolism. All sauna treatments begin with the same relaxing wash and warmth atmosphere. The Reindeer Sauna exfoliates and moisturizes the skin. The treatment uses a mix of coffee grounds, honey, and oil to scrub the entire body, after which one can indulge in the sauna warmth, massaging and enjoying the scent and sensation on the skin.
CAT'S DAYS:
Cleanliness from washing and warmth from Sauna relaxation, stretching away pains and tensions like a cat. Cleanliness is half the food, and during Cat's Days, one also washes and enjoys the sauna. Treatment products are always chosen based on mutual preference, maximizing the joy from the treatment. Finally, in the warmth of the sauna, guided stretching and relaxation are performed. The body thanks for the pleasant feeling of peace and leisureliness.
Summer
MAGICAL TREATMENT SAUNA:
Whipping with a vihta or vasta (birch branches), washing, exfoliation, mask.
Summer scents and atmospheres are brought to life with whipping using vihta or vasta. We can use various midsummer vihtas, or summer birch vastas. Sun-scorched skins receive moisture and we exfoliate the dry skins to make them glowing, while masks brighten and illuminate facial skin. Suitable for everyone, moisturizes, brightens, and exfoliates the skin.

TOUCHING WOOL BALL MASSAGE:
Massage balls made of sheep's wool, whose touch is gentle, but also leaves a lingering sensation.
Full-body massage that starts from the face.
After the treatment, the client also receives a wool ball for home care.
PURIFICATION SAUNA:
Personal sauna vessel filled with fresh plants and herbs. We create it together or the therapist prepares the purification sauna vessel in the sauna and explains its purpose. Afterwards, we can examine the vessel and the messages from the plants, thus learning from the plants about your health. The treatment also includes a refreshing foot bath and other care products.
Autumn
LIFE SALT SAUNA:
The treatment begins with an energy brushing, which is first done on dry skin. Then, you sauna and warm up. Wash up and exfoliate the body with an alkaline salt, brightening clay mask treatment for the face, and a refreshing foot bath. Suitable for all skin types.

CHOCOLATEY CARESS TREATMENT:
Chocolate coconut oil massage and wrap treatment. Relaxation and bliss for the mind. Shower, sauna, and wash, followed by a chocolate massage for the entire body, and then the client is wrapped in a treatment that lasts 45 minutes. Rest, pleasure, and fragrances. A potent antioxidant treatment.
HANGOVER SAUNA:
Sauna, wash, massage, supplements, herbal drink, and a snack. What else would help with a hangover better than a sauna?
